Precautions for cleaning food extruders
Explain the daily operation and precautions of the extruder.
(1) Precautions before starting:
1. Check all parts, especially the connecting screws and anchor bolts of each section of the puffing chamber, the connecting bolts between the motor base and the frame, and the bolts between the puffing chamber and the frame, and there must be no looseness.
2. Rotate the main shaft by hand, and there should be no rubbing sound in the puffing cavity at this time.
3. Start the feeding auger, check its stepless speed regulation performance, and require normal operation.
4. Check and clean the water and steam circuits before starting the machine. All filter systems also need to be cleaned.
5. Before starting the machine, check whether the wiring of the electric control part is correct, whether the rotation of each motor is correct, and whether the control is reliable and effective.
(2) Notes on shutdown:
1. Wear high-temperature gloves after shutdown, quickly remove the discharge mold, and immediately clean up the material while it is hot. And start the main motor to empty the material accumulated in the extruding cavity. Note: Before and after corn puffing, soybean powder should be added to rinse the material in the cavity.
2. Pay attention to safety when disassembling the machine. No one can stand directly in front of the nozzle to avoid the danger caused by the residual pressure of the puffing chamber.
3. After cleaning the machine, install the machine in the reverse order of disassembly.
(3) Production start-up:
1. Check the fasteners before starting the machine, and there must be no looseness.
2. Ensure that steam and water can be supplied normally.
3. Ensure that the power supply and electrical equipment are normal.
4. First open the steam valve, preheat the puffing chamber, the initial preheating is about 100 ℃, and check whether there is water leakage or steam leakage.
5. After everything is normal, start the equipment: the sequence of starting the equipment is: open the discharge bypass, start the conditioner, the feeding auger, and when the material flows out from the bypass outlet, start adding to the conditioner Steam, observe the condition of the material, when it is normal, turn on the main motor, add a small amount of water to the puffing cavity, and feed the material into the puffing cavity at the same time, when the material is extruded, adjust the puffing effect and moisture of the product, and at the same time master the steam amount of addition.
(4) Operation sequence of extrusion puffing production
1. When puffing soybeans, the two sections at the feed port end of the puffing cavity are single screw heads, and the three sections at the discharge port end are double screw heads (see the attached picture for configuration).
2. After assembling all the configuration accessories, first add steam to the jacket of the puffing cavity to preheat at about 100℃; tighten the screw plug on the puffing cavity of the tail section and then loosen it for 3-4 circles (flexibly control according to the tightness) , Tighten the set screw of the screw plug, and then the material can be fed after the screw plug is fixed.
3. During production, by controlling the stepless speed regulation mechanism of the feeding auger, the feeding speed is from slow to fast, and the feeding speed is from small to large. After the soybean meal is sprayed from the screw plug hole, put on the protective cover. Feed into production.
